If you are a new or old fan of A Cookie and a Cupcake you know that we love having fun with our “flavor of the day.” We have had so much response on a few of them, I thought they deserved a little time in the spotlight.

Salted Caramel was introduced Valentine’s Day and won people’s hearts over. It has our moist chocolate cake with a liquid caramel center and topped with caramel frosting and black Hawaiian Lava sea salt. This one hits the spot.

Brownie Sundae? Yes! Except no ice cream. This cupcake has raised a lot of questions, but really no ice cream, just a chocolate cake with a caramel filling and our homemade brownies folded into vanilla frosting.

If you had a favorite “flavor of the day” and have not seen it in a while, no fear, we can make any flavor with just a minnimum of a 24hour notice and a minimum of only 6.
